Monday I had a really nice run in the park. My first trail run where the trails were completely snow covered. I wore the ice runners again, they helped with traction, but the really cool thing was wearing Gore-tex shoes. After hearing numerous reviews on Gore-tex shoes being rain buckets I was skeptical to buy a pair. My friend Lauren did however purchase a pair that turned out to be too small, so I inherited them. Now that I have run through slushy snow and snow melt and maintained dry feet I am sold. Thanks Lauren for passing on your sneaks!
